Worked but got heartburn
I took it about an hour before bedtime. It did make me sleepy. It also gave me heartburn. I tried eating a bite of protein after taking it. Wondering if anyone had this same problem. Might have to try taking it a couple of hours before.

Not for me!
I currently use several of the Metagenics products, but this one was not for me. When taking 2 pills at night, I literally woke up in the morning feeling disoriented, and that was followed by being unable to focus during the day. I decided to try 1 pill and had a similar experience. I have been very happy with the Metagenics products, but not this one. Beware, even though the supplement is not for you, it’s not returnable.

Not enough magnesium
I started taking these to help sleep at night. I spoke to my doctor about them and was told to get something with at least 200mg of magnesium in it.
