I was getting frequent UTIs while using Replense. My UroGyn said Rephresh prevents bacteria from clinging to bladder walls. She says Replense doesn’t do this. Either one, you have to use it ever 3 days. Easy enough. But I took off a star because the price is crazy. Takes food off our table at over $65 a month. We pay it, and use it faithfully because if I don’t, the UTIs come back. Antibiotics for UTIs. make me very I’ll. I haven’t had one since I’ve used this without fail.
