Favorite heating pad & warranty honored!
This heating pad is incredible! I think it’s my favorite I’ve ever had. And I’ve gone through many because I use one every day. The weighted aspect is so nice and soothing, the size is large, it’s so soft and the color is beautiful. It heats up nicely and the heat settings are different enough that I’m able to set them to my comfort level.I ordered this item in November of 2024. It stopped working in September of 2025. I was so bummed about it. I emailed their customer service to inquire about the warranty. The company responded promptly and gave me some things to do to try to troubleshoot but said if it’s still not working could I please send a simple video of plugging it in and turning it on. I did and they saw the problem. The customer service agent just asked for my mailing address to send me a replacement to fulfill their warranty. A couple days later I received my brand new replacement heating pad. Not having it those several days and then getting it again made me realize just how much I loved it and how much comfort it provides me for my pain. It’s especially incredible for my endometriosis pain and ulcerative colitis flare- ups. The extra weight really makes a difference on the abdomen and the larger size is perfect to cover the entire affected area. Thank you to Comfytemp and customer service agent, Sandy, for helping me resolve my issue. It’s unfortunate when products stop working prematurely but the quick and easy replacement was much appreciated. Even when it eventually stops working again and is out of warranty I’ll re-order if for no other reason than the wonderful customer service and it’s an all around great pain relief and comfort device.

Fantastic heating pad..
This may sound strange but I’m sort of a heating pad connoisseur. I not only struggle with terrible cramps, but I love to be warm. Nothing beats this. I now have two. It being weighted helps it stay in place where you need it and therefore more effective and cozy. I use it on the low or medium setting, depending on the day. It’s great for the neck, shoulders, back, or abdomen.The auto shut off gives me peace of mind since I mostly use it in bed. Most heating pads I’ve had (a lot) stop working after a couple months. No issues. Great price. Super soft and flexible. Cord is plenty long.

Wonderful product!
I bought this items four years ago at a time when I was dealing with significant chronic pain issues and it was a real life-saver! Fortunately, I don’t need it as often anymore, but it still works perfectly whenever I do. It’s soft, the added weight feels so good, and it is very high quality – it still looks like new after four years. It can be easily washed in the washing machine by just detaching the power cord. Unlike my old heating pad, it keeps its shape and doesn’t bunch up even with frequent use and multiple washes. It helps so much with pain relief and the auto shut-off means you can fall asleep with it and not worry (recommend on low heat only). It has three heat settings, which is also very helpful. The size is perfect for fitting across your abdomen or back, so great coverage for where it’s needed. I highly, highly recommend!

Works very well and great value
This weighted heating pad works really well and has a nice, comfortable weight that stays in place which helps to relieve pain. It heats evenly and feels great to use. The fabric cover is soft and’s pleasant on the skin. The only downside is that the cord setup is a bit awkward and’s this size is a bit smaller than i hoped for, but it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Love this Weighted Heating Pad! Never realized they made heating pads that were weighted. It is larger and more comfortable that my past heating pads. No worry about heating it up in the microwave, either. It has several heat settings and is very relaxing, especially on colder days and when I have pain (I broke both my wrists and this really helps!). Highly recommend.

I purchased for my ladies days… If you know what I mean 😩 During these days there have been times that cramps were horrible and the only relief I got was ehen I’d place my hands on my abdomin and lightly rub around in circles. The heat from my hands are soothing. My mom had brought up a heating pad so I shopped and picked this one. I love it! It is very comforting and works great. Is can be used to relax or for me I will use when in pain from cramps. Also, for cramps if you drink a hot tea (I love Traditional Medicinals organic teas) the warm drink will relieve pain, do not drink anything ice cold ever if you have cramps from ladies days. Anyways, I am so satisfied with my purchase and also I do not overuse it, that is dangerous for anything that gets hot, but I have used it for probably an hour before and no color bleeding from the teal material jas happened and I have a cream color couch so yay!! Anyways, Im happy with my purchase thus far!

I was so glad to throw away my little nasty old dollar general heating pad away! This one is super cute, weighted so it’s nice and comfortable, and it’s PINK! I have bad bad bad pain when it’s that time of the month so I just keep my heating pad on my couch all the time since I basically use it everyday so it’s prettier than the old one I had and looks better on my couch if we have company lol. Cord length is amazing it’s long! Size is about the size of my entire back which is nice and I lay it on my legs if I’m cold lol. Flexibility is great. You have three heat settings and quality is amazing it’s so soft and again it’s weighted so that’s nice. Durability is also nice!! Just buy it you won’t regret it. I sure don’t. I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and have had no issues so far.
