Love that it’s sugar-free and still tastes good! I’ve been using it for nearly a month and have noticed my nails are stronger, I used to have brittle nails. I would order again and definitely recommend it, though it’s a little pricey 😬

These taste amazing. I love that they include the full daily requirement of all the vitamins and minerals I need. I wish they were a little cheaper without having to subscribe. I feel that that’s a money grab and that Amazon is wrong for allowing that. The price should be the same whether it’s a one time purchase or a subscription. I feel that Amazon is doing customers a disservice by allowing sellers to do that and it has lowered my opinion of and trust in Amazon itself. It punishes those of us who because of being on a fixed income , or who may have lower wages, sand cannot commit to a subscription.I dearly love this product and hope I will be able to afford to reorder it when my supply runs out.

It was so hard for me to find a gummy vitamin with magnesium, omega-3s, AND iron. A lot of gummies omit iron because they affect the taste. SO glad I found these! The strawberry ones taste like actual strawberry jam! They’re so yummy I have to resist the urge to take extra.The fact that they’re sugar free is an extra bonus. Monk fruit sweetener is the gold standard for alternative sweeteners in my opinion as a biochem nerd. It doesn’t have any weird aftertaste like stevia, it doesn’t upset your stomach like sugar alcohols (e.g. malitol, xylitol, erythritol), and it’s not artificially made like aspartame or Splenda. It’s also one of the very few sweeteners that actually has a glycemic index of zero, which is important to consider if you’re diabetic or on a keto diet.

I’ve been taking these a few months now, some days I do forget. Taste good. My hair has grown at least 2-3 inches in that time and I do feel overall a little better. I’m curious to see what my iron levels are at, I regularly have to get infusions at a hematologist. Will update when I have labs done.
