Great tasting a great way to get more fiber!
I’ve just completed a bottle of the super GLP1 and I’ve had no side effects. It is very pleasant tasting. In fact what I do is I use my frother and it mixes it very nicely with a little froth on top. It does seem to help curb my appetite to some extent. Most importantly, I am trying to get as much fiber in as possible.It is very pleasant tasting. My only complaint is the design of the container.,Because it is tall it’s very difficult to get the powder out with the scoop as you get to the bottom. A shorter Stout container would make it much easier to use….

High quality & effective fiber supplement!
The is literally the only fiber supplement that has been effective for me and I think I’ve tried them all! In addition, the Blood Orange flavor is delicious, so I actually look forward to taking it each morning (which was definitely NOT the case with other fiber supplements I’ve tried over the years!). This is a high quality, gentle and effective product that you should absolutely try if you are having issues with constipation.

If I could give it negative stars I would.After about an hour of drinking it, became quite sick. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything I had eaten, so I gave it another try and again became very sick.As far as the flavor, it tastes like Metamucil.
