Long lasting
Absolutely love these. As an adult, I really wish they had these when I was a teen growing up. They heat up very quickly, last for many hours (6-8) and I also use them for when I have back pains as well. I like that they stick to your clothes and you can even fall asleep with it on without any worries. Great for when I’m at work and having cramps or out in public. Nobody can even tell I’m wearing them. Once my daughter hits this stage in life, I’ll be buying them for her too.

I’ve been looking for more cost effective heat patches. Thermacare is my go to but they’re soooo expensive. These work as good as the Midol brand. they’re a much more subtle heat but they still work & they’re adorable!

I didn’t buy this for myself. I bought it for some of my students who have been getting their period for the first time. They keep coming back to ask for more of them and have been asking me where I got them from. Just to clarify, I bought it for these kids because I know their families can’t afford it . I wish this was around when I was younger.

i got these because i did see some good reviewsthis does not work as well as a heating pad you plug into a wall and the adhesive wasn’t that sticky causing it to move around a lot
