Unlike the classic Suzanne Somers ThighMaster or cheap foam-wire toners that lose tension after a month this unit uses a heavy-duty steel spring with a genuine 15-70lb adjustable resistance knob.I used this for 20 minutes daily during Zoom calls. The standout feature is the adjustability. I keep it at a low 20lbs for high-rep cardio while typing then crank it to 55lbs for a serious adductor burn while watching TV. It effectively targets the pelvic floor and inner thighs without the squeak of cheaper models since it is dead silent. A surprising bonus is its versatility for upper body work because holding it at chest level and compressing it fixed my typing posture instantly.There is one specific design flaw.
