This is my 3rd purchase, 2 vanilla and now chocolate! Pleasant taste, blends well with ice, very filling. I was looking for a meal replacement and something to aid in a little weight loss. Since I have Diabetes, I needed good ingredients that could sustain me throughout the day until an early dinner. Amazingly it worked! Was originally drinking the popular Kachava for 4 years and was terrific until they changed the ingredients without telling us subscribers and it no longer sustained me as a meal replacement. Big no no Kachava. For the past few months I’ve been trying different products on Amazon and finally landed on this one and 5 star worthy!

Tastes good, but lacks appetite suppresant
Consistency: I added 2 scoops with 8 ounces of water and a few ice cubes and shook it up with a blender ball. It was the consistency of milk, which I like, but there wasn’t a lot to drink by adding only 1 cup of liquid. I adjusted what I did and added another 1-2 ounces of water so there is more to drink and then 1 ounce of almond milk to thicken it up a tiny bit Overall, I liked the consistency (better than Shakeology by MILES)Taste: You have to shake up the drink and then let it sit for a few before drinking it. I drank it straight away the first time and it tasted a little chemically. After I let it sit in the ice, it tasted much better because it was colder and all the flavors settled together better. The Vanilla is DELICIOUS! It has a hint of banana flavor and doesn’t leave a weird after taste. I am very picky with protein shakes, and this one is by far one of the better tasting and healthier options out there. I actually look forward to drinking it.Dieting: I tried using this as a meal replacement for breakfast and I was left feeling hungry after 3 hours. I think it would be best to have the drink along with an apple so the stomach feels fuller. My appetite was not suppressed at all which was a bit of a let down, but I think this would be a great option for lunch along with a small salad. The calories are low in this drink so you’ll lose weight because of the calorie deficit.Overall, I think this is a good product but it will take a week or 2 to get used to adjusting to the lack of calories if you use it as a meal replacement.

Best hiprotein drink ever
Have tried my share of protein drinks and this by far is superior. I mixed it with Fairlite low fat milk and it had a full bodied texture it mixed well and above all had a superior taste. Not sure about cravings yet as I just tried it but very pleased with it.

I like to make smoothies after workouts, and I’ve tried a ton of protein powders, stuff from trader joes, muscle milk, gnc, whatever’s at Costco, you know the drill. After reading up about it I decided to try the vanilla lean 1. for my smoothies I use frozen fruit for the ice, a little frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries, a handful of Brazil nuts(for prostate health) and finally 2 scoops of Lean 1 vanilla with either soy, almond, or lcatose free milk. I have to say, Romo created a great all around mix. There’s tons of other stuff besides protein in this mix and that’s what I like about it. It’s a protein/meal replacement shake, not just a scoop of powdered whey here. The shake actually does fill me up nicely without any hunger pangs so I can easily make it to the next meal without snacking. It’s good enough for me to order another jug. A little $ but worth it for the quality. Great work on your Lean1 Romo, and loved your work in 97, 98 when I lived in Denver for a few years. Thanks for great entertainment. Rock on brother.
