Easy to Take – Helps With My Sleep/RLS
I take these every night before bed to help with sleep. and RLS. Not a cure-all but I’ve noticed a helpful difference. Fruity flavor and feels a little less like a vitamin – I have a hard time with many of the large capsules.

Have only tried one so far, but the taste is fantastic, Unlike all the many other chewable and liquid calcium supplements I’ve tried. Also, so far, no problem with gas or constipation as other calcium supplements have caused me.Be aware, the amount of calcium per daily serving is only 600 mg, which is only half what my doctor recommends for osteoporosis.Some huge pluses : it’s plant-based, (algae,) As opposed to being made from ground up rocks or oyster shells, So far more absorbable, and contains the proper ratio of magnesium, . Also this is the only one I could find and chewable form that contains Vit K and Vit D, which additionally increase the bodies ability to absorb the calcium.The only other downside is that the size of the product is disappointing the small. From the photo, you think you’re getting a big container, but it’s actually only about the size of my pinky, 3”… But that shouldn’t matter since it’s the same amount, just a small smaller than expected container.

OMG these are DELICIOUS, very peachy! Didn’t want to swallow large tablets and I like chewables. I LOVE THESE—-AND just hope they will work to get my bones stronger (or at least keep them from getting worse).
