I bought this supplement for my mom. She usually only takes vitamin C and vitamin D. This time I tried this product because the vitamin D I normally buy was only available through Amazon Fresh delivery, and I didn’t need the Fresh service or want to pay the extra fee just for that.I decided to give this product a try instead. I personally tasted it, but the flavor was not very enjoyable. It has a strong metallic, iron-like taste, which may indicate it contains iron. However, the taste was too strong for me, and I wouldn’t be able to take it regularly because of that.

Beware of high levels of B6 (208%)
Be Wary. This USP Certified multi has exceedingly high levels (208%) of the recommended daily allowance of B6, which has been linked to neuropathy, joint pain, inflammation and similar problems, particularly synthetic B6 which is added to all kinds of foods and supplements. I began feeling terrible after three months on this multi, which was a change from my previous multi that had 118% of the RDA of B6. I have used multivitamins for years. I started feeling better quickly after stopping these. Be wary and consider your RDA intakes before taking these. Read up on synthetic B6 especially if you are suffering from neuropathy or other joint pain. Maybe that’s not your issue, but doesn’t hurt to be aware.

This has been rated one of the top multivitamins for women in their fifties and sixties. Nature made makes one for over 50 and this one is advanced for over 60. It’s not expensive and I feel it’s necessary even though I eat a very healthy diet and work out.

I’m basing my review on the assumption that the nutrients listed on the bottle are actually in it. In that case, this is a good all-purpose multi-vitamin for women of older age.It’s got all the stuff your doctor tells you to get, and it’s easy on the stomach and affordable. You’ll only take 2 gummies per day, and they aren’t too large.The thing I can’t handle, the thing that causes my eyes to roll, and catches my breath, is the tartness.These are worse than straight Vitamin C chewables with no added sugar.I literally cannot chew these up without contorting my face, like I’ve just bitten into a lemon. Writing this review, I’m thinking about chewing up these gummies, and the memory is making my salivary glands pop off. I wish I were being facetious. I am not.If you like SUPER TART, you’re gonna love these. If not, maybe get a different flavor, or brand.
