Easy to take and no bad reactions for me
I’ve been taking d-mannose and cranberry for years for urinary health. I have An immune deficiency and get recurrent uti , so for me this is nonnegotiable. It’s so important in fact that I hesitate to stray outside my trusted brand (AZO) . I’ve had incidents in the past with d-mannose specifically , where some brands have caused bad reactions . I cant Recall the brand specifically now ,but it was a bulk powder.I’m so relieved that taking this did not give me any side effects or issues whatsoever. They are small and smooth and easy to swallow. No taste or smell here. So these are easy to take and I can Stop worrying at this point .I was Intrigued with the addition of grapefruit . This is the first I’ve heard of it for that but I cant Stand eating it smelling grapefruit . So if this is good for me then I’m glad to have it in a form I cant Taste or smell.It seems effective . I cant Really say if it’s more or less than other brands since it’s somewhat subjective . For me the absence of uti is a good sign but obviously not a certain one . I had possible minor Symptoms at one point , took these and it didn’t turn into anything.I think These are good quality and I’m glad to find an alternative . You never knew when someone will be out of something so good to have a backup etc. Not a bad value if it did indeed save me from a trip to urgent care.

Reasonably priced, seemed to be working
About a year ago, I had a series of urinary tract infections one right after another after going through multiple rounds of antibiotics. I wanted to make sure that that did not happen again, so I started taking cranberry as a preventative measure. I found these capsules a couple months ago, and there was a number of things I liked about them, first of all being made in the USA. The addition of the D-Mannose which seems to be the new discovery in bladder health. They seem to be working as a preventative measure. I haven’t had any reoccurrences of the UTIs. These are also very reasonably priced compared to other items that are out there.
