The Heat Is On
Wow, these really heat up amazingly well, too warm to wear against the skin alone. Perfect for those that don’t want an adhesive on the skin, they really stay “stuck” to clothing. I’d recommend a very light layer between these and your skin.I find the earth friendly and ethical standards to be a good change of pace, making them all that much nicer to use.These are pretty easy to carry with you for when you need them, individually sealed and unscented. They do offer effective pain relief, wherever you put them, and you can go on about business.The value for the money is good, given the area they cover and the convenience of a heating pad whenever needed.

Heating patches for period relief
I ordered these FOMIN PMS relief heat patches because I figured they would be useful in my home as my 12 and 16 yr old daughters suffer from pretty bad cramps. I had the opportunity to try one of these patches last night. First, even though the photos in the listing show the patches right on skin, the box explicitly says not to put the patch directly on on your skin. After a few minutes of use, I understood why. These patches get hot quickly! I ended up sticking the patch to the outside of my underwear. The heat really helped to soothe my cramps. I will say these patches get pretty hot! I am not sure I could honestly wear these patches for more than a couple hours. However, they are reasonably priced and discreet under clothing. These patches would be great for some relief during school hours or during travel. I also like that they are individually wrapped and small enough to throw into a purse or backpack. The patches stick easily. I would definitely purchase these again!

Well worth it. These are priced fantastic. I can’t get enough of them. And to think I was taping hand warmers to myself at times. These are brilliant. The size is spot on and they are so easy to use. You don’t apply this directly to your skin so I have been adhering them directly on an undershirt so I can shift the heat throughout the day without compromising the adhesive. The heat is just as effective as a heating pad without the bulkiness and cords. I love how comfortable this is to wear and that you can enjoy up to 8 hours of heat without worry. Because you don’t apply this directly to your skin I find it easier to use these when I need them. I can put this on without worrying take my undershirt of enjoy a shower and place the undershirt back on after my shower to fully benefit from the 8 hrs.The warming sensation is absorbed through clothing and extremely effective for soothing cramps.I love these. I wish I could award more stars. These are the most incredible discrete drug free relief life changing items you wish you had yesterday.

Heat patches that attach to clothes, not skin
These PMS relief heat packs are a great value for the price. You get 8 patches per pack and there’s no batteries required.These are great for travel, as no microwave or charging ports are needed.They warm up quickly and provide lasting heat that feels soothing and comforting when you’re achy or sore.These work well for PMS, back aches, neck and shoulders aches, as long as the area is pretty small, as these patches aren’t very big.The one thing to note, which I almost missed the first time, is NOT to apply the patches directly to the skin. Only attach to clothing, never to skin.The good thing about this is no need to worry about the product getting stuck to the skin, as some skin patches tend to.

Nice to have on hand
These look exactly as pictured. They stick pretty well. They heat up nicely. I get horrible cramps and I put one of these on while I ran errands and I think it made a world of difference. The only thing I noticed is that when using heat I do bleed heavier, could just be me. Idk. These would be nice for teen girls to wear during school when they have to focus. I think they are a bit pricey so they should probably be saved for the worst cramping days. Easy to use. Can carry one in your purse or backpack. No odor. Definitely relieve pain.

Not just for cramps, and honestly pretty useful
These work really well, just not for as long as claimed.The heat kicks in fairly quickly and feels consistent, not too hot, not too weak. It’s that steady, comforting warmth that actually helps take the edge off when you need it.I ended up using these for more than just cramps. They’re great for general aches, sore spots, or anytime you want some portable heat without dealing with cords or microwaves.They’re easy to use and stay in place well enough to go about your day without thinking about them.The only real downside is the duration. I didn’t get anywhere near 8 hours. More like 4 to 5 before the heat faded. Still useful, just not all-day like advertised.That said, for what they are, they do the job well. Just plan on swapping one out sooner than expected.

Most women know the pain of getting their period every month. I was In my mid 30s when I finally figured Out warm compresses help with the cramps. The problem with warm compresses is it is usually bulky like a hot water bag or warm towels. This is a small packet much like a hand warmer that lets you carry these individually sized packs to use even on the go. Once you remove the compress from the package, it starts heating up quickly. It gets to an impressive 158 degrees and stays between 140 and 158. It sticks to your inner layer of clothing and should not go directly on skin to avoid burning yourself. It really does help without having to take midol or other pain meds. I recommend Trying this if your period cramps bother you.
