i can’t tell if it’s this product or just how ashwagandha helps me in general, but i ordered these for a second time because i noticed an overall sense of ease- no panic attacks, and very rare moments of even feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. it helps keep me really calm so i only take them at night or days off at home. also curbs my wanting to have candy at night thing. these are yummy and good for me and i think totally worth it for overall wellness

These are truly a 5 star. They help with my anxiety so much. Anxiety is on set by lack of serotonin and these work magic. I removed the star cause they are way too pricey there is no reason they are priced for $30 dollars. This is how you lose loyal customers

Delicious and effective
Love love love these. I get a wee bit moody, but these supplements really help and calm down the nerves. I do take 3-4 of these a day so monthly subscription doesn’t last. But they are delicious.

Finally something works on our 3 y/o
Our son is almost 4 and has been having trouble with not lashing out/acting on his emotions. He’s started getting frustrated to the point that I couldn’t even get him to breathe and talk through it. A big part of that is he’s ADHD and gets overstimulated easily. These gummies have made a big difference in him we can immediately tell when he’s taken one or not. He’s still his goofy, playful self but he’s less hyper-emotional, still energetic but his emotions are as all over the place these have helped them level out so we can talk about how he feels and how to cope when he feels some type of way. We’ve tried other things like focus factor or chillax kids gummies but nothing works like these!

Got these for my grandma who suffers with anxiety. They’re definitely effective. She says they taste delicious, easy to chew with a gummy texture then a gush f the inner jelly. It’s like eating a sweet treat. money well spent.
