Helped my perimenopause symptoms
I’m 42 and I’m in perimenopause. It’s full force with all the awful symptoms. Hot flashes, fatigue, night sweats, bloating and that’s just a few. I gave this supplement a try and so far I have noticed a difference in how I have been feeling. I felt the difference after about a day of taking them.
