I’ve been using Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak for a while now and I have to say, it’s a fantastic way to unwind and soothe tired muscles after a long day. The combination of oat milk and argan oil leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized, which is a great bonus to the relaxing benefits of the soak. The scent is calming, not too overpowering and creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The 3 lbs bag is a great value and a little goes a long way, making it last for quite a few baths. After using this, I definitely feel more relaxed and at ease and my muscles feel less tense. I wish the scent lasted a little longer after the bath.
