Quick Delivery. Other natural roots are first to come up when you search for Natural hot flash relief. But I sought out the advice of the vitamin lady at my health food store. She directed me to this product. Give it full five days as instructed for full effect. Dosage can be decreased or increased too. I need 4 capsules a day while others may only need 2. My symptoms were/are pretty extreme, so missing a day/dose is tough. I hope this helps someone else. I don’t typically write reviews. Note-i understand this does not work for everyone. Talk to your local health food store experts for ideas. Mine will fully refund anything that is ineffective for me.

I bought these based off my coworkers rave review. I’ve been taking them for about 6 days and haven’t seen any changes at all with my hot flashes. It almost seems like they’ve gotten worse honestly. I took 2 in the am and 1 at night before bed since day 1. About day 3 up until now I increased to about 4 a day still no change. I really had high hopes bcse I was told they work instantly for her! I’m really starting to think theirs no hope for me.

Night sweats completely gone. More energy and less mental fog. Started with two capsules daily but increased to 3 after a week as symptoms milder but still present. Added bonus of some weight loss. Would definitely recommend.
