This is a mild but effective detox! If you are new to detoxing and worried about having an accident, this colon cleanse is perfect. No constipation. But there are no uncontrollable bowel movements or bathroom trips. If you have regular bowel movements, this cleanse will increase your daily movements by 1 or 2, but nothing unbearable. For me, it was mainly first thing in the morning, midday, and late at night.No foul taste or smell. Like many herbal supplements, they have a slight earthy smell. Easy to swallow capsules. I wouldn’t recommend using at the start of your menstrual cycle. Depending on your regular symptoms, this detox may amplify them. For example, cramps.Also, you can do multiple rounds of detoxing with one bottle. There’s more than 15 capsules.
