You’re getting NAD support along with resveratrol, CoQ10, quercetin, collagen, and grape seed, so it feels like such a powerhouse supplement!I like that it’s targeting energy, focus, and antioxidant support all in one.The dosage is 2 softgels per day, which is easy to keep up with, and the bottle lasts a good amount of time. The softgels themselves are a nice size and easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste or anything like that and I generally take these after my meal.In terms of how I felt, I noticed a nice boost in energy and mental focus. Nothing extreme or jittery—just more steady, clean energy throughout the day, which I really appreciate.Another big plus for me—I didn’t have any stomach upset at all. That’s something I always pay attention to with supplements, and this one was very easy on my system.For everything you’re getting in this formula and the quantity in the bottle, I think it’s a fantastic value for the money. Great support for healing ability!
Now that I’ve had time to really see how this works for me, I’m pretty impressed, I can actually see improvement in my body’s healing time, which is really significant for me, because I have unusually slow healing, and tend to heal from the outside-in. Since I’ve been taking these supplements I’ve had a significant, deep injury, and for the first time in my life, I healed from the inside-out, and surprisingly fast! That’s HUGE for me!The ingredients are an excellent combination.They do have an odor and taste, but worth it for the health benefits I’ve seen so far.They’re very easy to swallow.At just under $10/mo this is a good value.The overall quality seems good for the supplement, but the bottling has an issue with the safety cap coming apart, leaving just the regular cap. So if you need a safety cap, be cautious.I’ve tried several supplements from this brand and they all have the odor, they all have the faulty safety cap, but they also all seem to be very good supplements at a good price.

Added this to my nightly vitamin stack
I always prefer gelcaps whenever I get the chance to choose them over regular capsules and these are among my favorite supplements I’ve recently added to my nightly vitamin stack before bed. This 11-in-one combination is exactly what I needed and I was able to cut out another couple supplements I was taking in favor of this one. So the value for money there is great. No stomach issues with this. And since I wasn’t taking it for any pain relief anyway I can’t speak to that. But I can attest to a better energy level lately and I think this and a few others I’m taking now are responsible for that increased energy throughout the day. So overall great quality and I look forward to keep taking it.

Didn’t notice much effect after a full month
I’ve been taking this NAD supplement consistently for over a month, and unfortunately I can’t say I really noticed much of anything. I’ve used other NAD or NAD-related supplements in the past and could clearly feel a difference in energy or overall well-being — that just wasn’t the case here.The product itself is easy to take. The softgels are smooth, unflavored, and easy to swallow, and I didn’t experience any side effects or stomach issues. On paper, the ingredient list looks impressive with the 11-in-1 blend, but in real-world use it didn’t translate into noticeable results for me.I’ll also be honest that the branding and presentation feel a bit questionable, and while that doesn’t automatically mean the product is bad, it does make it harder to feel confident about quality and sourcing — especially when the results aren’t there.That said, everyone responds differently to supplements. It may work better for others, but based on my experience, this one just didn’t deliver the benefits I’ve felt from other NAD supplements. For me, it’s a 3-star product — not terrible, but not something I’d personally buy again.

Easy to swallow gel caps, mostly ineffective
I started taking this with high hopes because I’m an energy drinking coffee inhaling queen with apparently no natural energy of my own. I regularly take supplements for this and that and have no issue with removing them from my regimen if they have no value. I really hoped that this would allow me to slow down on the caffeine, sadly I’ve noticed absolutely no difference in my mental well being or my energy levels.I could go down the list of all the vitamins this includes and how they work together but it’s really a waste at this point as I don’t believe in the product. It’s cheap, especially compared to other energy/mental well being and concentration products but I suspect that’s because there aren’t enough active ingredients in here to justify paying more than $10.It’s a gel cap and easy to swallow, that’s really good when you’re taking enough supplements to choke a horse, some of them can be hard to get down. This didn’t upset my stomach at all, it really didn’t do anything. Maybe it’s just me and a few others so I’m not recommending it but I am saying many things don’t work on me so that shouldn’t discourage you from trying it for yourself.
