Really yummy shakes – great for promoting healing!
After surgery, it was suggested that I drink protein shakes (because protein promotes healing) so I purchased these because they are so much more cost effective than what you can buy in the store. Yes, they are 1 oz less than what you would normally find per container but they contain the same amount of protein so that worked for me. I ordered the Strawberry and I really liked the taste and the consistency was not too thick or too thin. I keep them refrigerated and they store well without taking up too much space. I felt better within a few days of drinking one per day. I think I’m going to be buying these on repeat because I like how I’m feeling.

The only protein shake my child will actually drink

Pretty Tasty & 30 Grams Protein
I’m really liking these. I need the extra protein as I don’t eat much meat and far too many carbs. But it also serves as a dessert, and not just a meal supplement. It’s not a strawberry milkshake, but for what it is and the 30 grams of protein, it’s pretty darn good. I keep reordering. Still, wish both the sugar and sucralose could be eliminated.

Thick globs in the mixture
The products ( tried vanilla and strawberry) tastes fine but it develops thick globs over time that no matter how hard you shake, they won’t dissolve. So far every product has this consistency issue.Personally I don’t like that. Yes you can strain it but then it defeats the purpose of being portable.
